As a Field Sales Intern, you'll be at the heart of the action: supporting our teams on the ground, gaining hands-on experience in retail operations, and contributing to impactful projects. As a Sales Field Intern, you will be at the centre of information and analysis, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales field team and ensuring their success. You will be part of the team of the sales field team in charge of retail for following categories: waters, coffee, Petcare, confectionary, infant nutrition, vegetarian food

Your Responsibilities:

•    Provide day-to-day support to the Field Sales team, ensuring smooth operations and effective execution
•    Analyse sales data to: 
•    Define and optimize objectives for our sales advisors
•    Monitor progress and ensure alignment with targets
•    Enable performance by delivering insights and tools that help sales advisors achieve their goals
•    Collaborate closely with both internal staff and field sales advisors, driving a culture of continuous improvement

 
What will make you successful?

•    You are fluent in French or Dutch, and have a strong command of English

•    You have completed, or are currently pursuing a degree in Business or a related field 
•    You are proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
•    You are an open-minded team player
•    You are creative, agile and solution-driven
•    You are proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced skills on Excel
•    Proficiency in Power BI is a plus
